IE Expo China will take place from 13 to 15 April 2026 under the motto ‘Connecting global opportunities, discovering new momentum’ and will focus on current key topics such as resource utilisation, recycling, low carbonisation, digitalisation and internationalisation. With more application-oriented solutions in vertical areas showcasing technological innovation and transformation as well as the modernisation of the entire low-carbon and environmentally friendly industrial chain, it offers a central platform for jointly shaping the future prospects of the environmental protection industry.

IE Expo China 2026 is now the second largest environmental trade fair in the world and a central industry gathering in Asia, combining business development, technology transfer, innovation and international cooperation. It emerged in 2010 from the Shanghai International Environmental Protection and Water Exhibition (EPTEE, founded in 2000) and IFAT CHINA, whose parent trade fair IFAT has been one of the most influential environmental exhibitions in the world since 1966 in Munich.
