Ich bin eine internationale Führungspersönlichkeit mit langjähriger Erfahrung als CEO, geschäftsführender Gesellschafter und Non-Executive Director in technologie- und verfahrenstechnikorientierten Unternehmen sowie im globalen Vertrieb und Service von Laborgeräten in den Bereichen Feinmechanik und Optik.

Ich verfüge über fundierte Expertise in Governance, strategischer Unternehmensführung, Transformations- und Carve-out-Prozessen, internationaler Skalierung sowie im Auf- und Ausbau wachstumsstarker Geschäftsmodelle. Mein Beitrag liegt darin, Unternehmen zukunftsfähig aufzustellen – durch die Verbindung von aktuellem Wissen, internationaler Managementerfahrung und konsequenter Umsetzungsstärke.

Besondere Schwerpunkte meiner Arbeit sind die strategische Neuausrichtung von Unternehmen, der Aufbau skalierbarer Plattformen in Anlagenbau, Umwelttechnik und Labortechnologie sowie die Führung internationaler Organisationen in Engineering, Vertrieb, Fertigung und Service. Hinzu kommen langjährige Erfahrung in Aufsichts- und Beiratsstrukturen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Ministerien, Verbänden und internationalen Finanzinstitutionen.

Inhaltlich stehen für mich insbesondere ESG, Energie- und Ressourceneffizienz, Wasserwirtschaft sowie aktuelle Themen für Beirats- und Aufsichtsratsmandate im Fokus – darunter Risk & Compliance, Strategieprüfung, Legal & Reporting, HR, Künstliche Intelligenz und Cybersecurity.

I am an international executive with many years of experience as CEO, managing partner, and non-executive director in – and process engineering-driven companies, as well as in the global sales and service of laboratory equipment in precision mechanics and optics.

I bring extensive expertise in corporate technology governance, strategic leadership, transformation and carve-out processes, international scaling, and the development of high-growth business models. My contribution lies in helping companies become future-ready by combining current knowledge, international leadership experience, and consistent execution.

Particular focus areas of my work include the strategic repositioning of companies, the development of scalable platforms in plant engineering, environmental technology, and laboratory technology, and the leadership of international organizations across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and service. I also bring many years of experience in supervisory and advisory board structures, as well as in working with ministries, associations, and international financial institutions.
