MOU with Lateinamerika Verein e.V. (LAV) signed

German Water Partnership e.V. strengthens its ties to Latin America: a mutual partnership agreement with the Lateinamerika Verein e.V. (LAV) enables the network to strengthen the cooperation between German companies and institutions of the water industry in the region, to offer its members optimal insights and contact opportunities into the regional industry and economy and thus to facilitate business initiation.

The numerous activities, business initiation trips and conferences of our Latin America Regional Section confirm this. The Lateinamerika Verein e.V. (LAV), founded in 1916, is the network and information platform for individuals, institutions and companies interested in Latin America. Knowledge transfer and opinion formation are among the core tasks of the LAV, as well as the promotion of economic, political, social and cultural relations between Germany and the countries of the region. In close cooperation with federal ministries, cooperation and development societies, diplomatic representatives from Latin America, political foundations and supra-regional organizations, LAV connects interested parties on a transnational level.
