The exchange and cooperation between GWP and the trade associations, institutions and ministries consolidate the position of German water management and research in international competition.

The aim of German Water Partnership is to develop and strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation, which is implemented, among other things, through joint events, trade fair appearances or delegation trips. For this purpose, German Water Partnership works closely with many international partners and since its founding in 2008 cooperates with five federal ministries.
