Two meetings between the Vietnamese Water and Sewerage Association (VWSA) and German Water Partnership (GWP) in September revived the old partnership between the two associations. GWP Managing Director Julia Braune took the opportunity to meet representatives of the VWSA at the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition in Copenhagen. In addition, a delegation of the Vietnamese Water and Sewerage Association was a guest at the GWP office in Berlin.

During a networking breakfast, the Vietnamese delegation was able to express their country-specific needs related to the water and wastewater sector and meet some GWP members who were happy to present their expertise. In a discussion round, all participants worked out possible points of contact for future cooperation.
