How can water utilities and professionals address the growing challenges posed by heavy rainfall, flooding, drought and heat? And what role do operations, education and knowledge transfer play in building resilient urban water systems?

During the joint meeting of the Working Group Urban Water Resilience and the Working Group Operations and Education, we will explore the links between resilience, practical water management and skills development. The session will provide an opportunity to share experiences from practice and discuss which skills, approaches and solutions are needed for a resilient water sector of the future.
