The IFAT Saudi Arabia 2027 will take place from 4 to 6 September 2027 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center in Riyadh. As part of the international IFAT network, the exhibition provides a central platform for companies, public institutions and decision-makers to showcase innovative technologies and solutions in the fields of water, wastewater, waste management, recycling, circular economy and sustainable environmental technologies.

Following its successful premiere in 2026, IFAT Saudi Arabia brings together international technology providers, industry experts, policymakers and business representatives. The exhibition offers companies the opportunity to establish new business contacts, develop partnerships and present their solutions in the Saudi Arabian market.

IFAT Saudi Arabia focuses on solutions for water and wastewater treatment, water supply and sewerage, water and plant engineering, digitalisation of the water and waste sectors, recycling, waste-to-energy as well as measurement, control and laboratory technologies. The exhibition is complemented by an extensive conference programme. The Blue Stage focuses in particular on water resilience and the transformation of utility infrastructure, including desalination, digitalisation and innovative solutions for sustainable water management.

Saudi Arabia is investing extensively in the modernisation and expansion of its water and environmental infrastructure. As part of Saudi Vision 2030, sustainable water supply, resource efficiency and the development of a circular economy play an important role. In particular, the areas of water and wastewater treatment, desalination, digitalisation as well as waste and resource management offer numerous opportunities for innovative technologies and international expertise.

IFAT Saudi Arabia offers German companies an important platform to showcase their solutions in this dynamic market and establish new contacts with potential partners and customers.

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) will also support a German Pavilion at IFAT Saudi Arabia in 2027. The organisation is carried out in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).

GWP members have the opportunity to participate in this joint stand and present their expertise to an international professional audience under the quality label “Made in Germany”.

Registration German Pavilion

To register for all trade fairs within the German Federal Government’s Foreign Trade Fair Programme, companies must complete a one-time, non-binding registration via the German Pavilion online portal. This step is only required once and applies to all future trade fair participations.

Once your accreditation has been activated (usually within one to two working days), you can register online for your participation in the Foreign Trade Fair Programme.

Registration for IFAT Saudi Arabia 2027 is currently not yet open. However, you can already register your interest and will be informed as soon as registration opens.
