The event is supported by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety and the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises.

The city of Berlin with its variety of scientific institutions as well as its lively start-up scene is known as a location for research and open innovation. With numerous international conferences and as the seat of the most important players in foreign trade promotion, it has developed into the hub of German foreign trade.

In break-out sessions, impulses will be given and discussed on open data platforms, digitization in healthcare and data governance.

“Digital solutions developed by German companies can also make an important contribution to resilience and efficiency in the water industry abroad. We are pleased to play a leading role in shaping the event and thus drive innovative and future-oriented cooperation with the German water industry in foreign markets,” says Julia Braune, Managing Director at German Water Partnership e.V. – the network of the internationally oriented German water industry.
