Field of expertise: As an advisor for international programmes at the German Water Partnership office, Amina Hussein is responsible for the organisation and implementation of events in the context of foreign trade promotion focused on the water sector. In particular, she is oversees the Regional Sections Middle East and North Africa as well as the Working Group Industrial Water Management.

Carreer: Before joining German Water Partnership, Amina Hussein worked at a consultancy in Barcelona, at the foreign office of a foundation in the Palestinian Territories and at the Federal Press and Information Office of the German Government. She holds a Master’s degree in Security Risk Management (MSc.) from the University of Copenhagen and worked for a security and risk consultancy in Copenhagen during her studies.
