The IFAT Brasil 2027 will take place from 23 to 25 June 2027 at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo and is one of the leading trade fairs for environmental technologies in Brazil and Latin America. As part of the international IFAT network, the exhibition provides a central platform for companies, public institutions and decision-makers to showcase innovative solutions in the fields of water, wastewater, drainage, waste management, recycling, resource recovery and sustainable technologies.

The exhibition brings together international technology providers, industry experts and decision-makers, offering companies the opportunity to establish new business contacts, develop partnerships and present their solutions in a dynamic growth market. IFAT Brasil promotes the exchange of knowledge and technologies and supports the development of sustainable environmental infrastructures in Brazil and across the Latin American region.

The IFAT Brasil focuses on solutions for water and wastewater treatment, water supply and distribution, drainage, pumping and piping technologies, recycling, waste management, resource efficiency and sustainable infrastructure. The exhibition is complemented by an extensive programme of congresses, professional events and discussion formats addressing current challenges and technological developments in the environmental sector.

Brazil faces major challenges in expanding and modernising its environmental and water infrastructure. In particular, there is a growing demand for innovative technologies and international expertise in areas such as sanitation, water and wastewater treatment, resource efficiency and the circular economy. IFAT Brasil offers German companies an important platform to showcase their solutions in this dynamic market and establish new contacts with potential partners and customers.

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) will also support a German Pavilion at IFAT Brasil in 2027. The organisation is carried out in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).

GWP members have the opportunity to participate in this joint stand and present their expertise to an international professional audience under the quality label “Made in Germany”.

Registration German Pavilion

To register for all trade fairs within the German Federal Government’s Foreign Trade Fair Programme, companies must complete a one-time, non-binding registration via the German Pavilion online portal. This step is only required once and applies to all future trade fair participations.

Once your accreditation has been activated (usually within one to two working days), you can register online for your participation in the foreign trade fair programme.

Registration for the IFAT Brasil 2027 is currently not open yet. However, you can already register your interest and will be informed as soon as the registration process starts.
