Career: Julia Ciric-Betz is a fully-qualified lawyer with several years of professional experience in food law. In this capacity, she has also dealt with water as a factor of production and food. She subsequently pursued a master’s degree in Eastern European Studies with a focus on political sciences. She completed study abroad programs in Bologna, Budapest and Qingdao.

Water means to me: Not all water is the same. It varies in taste, smell, and texture – and yet it is an indispensable, life-sustaining resource for all of us.
